Shipping Information

We currently ship within South Africa only. Options:

Standard Shipping: R100.00
Express Shipping: R150.00 for faster delivery

Local collection is also available at our Kraaifontein store.

Processing Time

Repairs are usually completed in 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the repair. Orders for accessories and electronics are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection or has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here's what you need to know:

Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return unused items in their original packaging
Repair services come with a warranty - if you experience any issues with a repair, contact us immediately
Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging

How to Return

To initiate a return:

Contact us with your order number and reason for return
We'll provide you with return instructions
Ship the item back to us or drop it off at our shop
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3-7 business days

Warranty on Repairs

All our repair services come with a warranty. If you experience any issues with your repaired device, please bring it back to us and we'll make it right.
