This booking is for customers who have received a quotation from ZappGadgets and would like to proceed with their phone repair.
Need a quotation first?
General quotations are free. Contact us through our online platforms or by email with your phone’s make, model and a description of the issue. No booking payment is needed to request a quotation.
Accepted your quotation?
Once you have accepted the quotation and confirmed that you want to proceed, we will share this repair booking link with you. Use the booking option to select an available appointment and pay the R150 booking deposit.
After assessing your phone’s damage, we will confirm the final repair price with you before carrying out the repair.
Your R150 booking deposit is deducted from the total agreed repair price. It is not an additional charge or the full repair price. You only pay the remaining balance.
If no repair can be made, your R150 booking deposit will be refunded.
