Phone Repair Booking – R150 Deposit

Book your ZappGadgets phone repair after accepting your quotation.

Free quotation first

Message @zappgadgetsza on Instagram, contact us through our other online platforms or email us with your phone’s make, model and issue. No payment is needed for a general quotation. Once you accept your quotation, we will share the booking link. We confirm the final repair price after assessment and before starting work.

Choose collection or return shipping

• Collect from our store: R150 repair deposit. Bring your phone to the store and collect it after repair. No R100 return-shipping payment is needed.
• Have your phone shipped back: R150 repair deposit plus optional R100 return shipping, R250 in total. The separate R100 is used to ship your phone back after repair.

You can bring your phone to us yourself or arrange and pay for shipping it to us. Shipping to ZappGadgets is not included in either payment.

Your repair deposit

If the repair is successful, the R150 deposit is deducted from the total agreed repair price. You pay only the remaining repair balance. The optional R100 return-shipping payment is separate and is not credited against the repair price.

If the repair cannot be completed

If no repair can be made, your booking payment, including any optional return-shipping payment, will be refunded less the actual payment-processing fees. Our estimate for these fees is 2–4%; the exact deduction depends on the payment processor.

Estimated turnaround

Estimated repair turnaround is 2–3 days. This is a repair estimate, not a shipping or refund-processing timeframe.
